Well.. I finally figured out what kind of squash this one was..obviously an acorn.. never grew these before in buckets.. so it is an experience.. even one is good.. since I didnt pay for the seeds.. grin..
These are pictures of my two buckets of cucumber plants.. as you can see they are growing nicely.. a ton of flowers.. so hoping to see some cucumbers in the next couple of weeks.. I just let them grow along the chainlink fence every year.. and it seems to be a good spot, cos I get a ton of them.. would love to make cucumber pickles.. but cant eat the salt.. sigh.. any other ideas on what you can use cucumbers for??
