I often use the funds I make on my sales as donations to small groups.. Every year this group has a fundraiser using a quilt raffle.. I just donate and if I win.. they give my quilt to some senior..

We are excited to announce our 4th annual quilt raffle. Here is an opportunity to win this beautiful throw quilt while supporting Prayers With Every Note. Every dollar donated goes to sending cards to seniors in nursing homes and shut-ins. So many times, these precious seniors are forgotten. Our mission is uplifting seniors one note at a time.
As most of you know, Prayers With Every Note sends notes and cards to senior citizens all over the United States. We are hoping to send to many more! Currently, we’re trying to raise money to help with postage and supplies.
This year, we are raffling off another beautiful throw quilt donated by Joan Thornbury. It is named Streaks of Light. Raffle tickets are $1.00 each. For each dollar donation, you will be entered into the drawing for this quilt! The drawing will be August 15th. You do not have to be present to win.
If you are not interested in winning the quilt and just want to donate. We will put ,"Donate" on the ticket and if drawn we will give it to a senior in a nursing home or shut in.
