Custom Hanging Towel Order Done

I am working on tons of stuff.. many custom orders as well as hanging towels for my store.. here is one order I just finished and delivered.. two sets of Patriotic hanging towels.. these are great for Memorial Day, Flag Day and Fourth of July.. I have more in my store and more coming..

 

Balloon Lamp Cover

I was asked to make this.. and I thought it came out pretty nice.. she not only liked it, but made another order for one larger.. She is gonna finish it off, adding the glue to "fix" the form.. I havent decided if I am putting this on my site yet.. is this an item anyone would be interested in?

Another finally finished!!

I fell behind again. This weather and bouncing temperatures are driving my body crazy.. I got done with the cat towel order. Pictures attached.. On to a new kind of order.. I am making a dress for a desk goose.. lol.. this is a first for me.. Pictures when I finished.. and when the order is delivered.. she promised to send me pictures on her goose.

These towels have a St Patrick Day design.. my son called them D&D towels.. lol.. and he is right.. so that is what I will call them!

My Most Recent Completed Order

I was asked to make a matching kitchen set for an order.. I finished it and it is in the mail.. lol.. This was made with cotton yarn.. Unfortunately I dont have much left so I cant make another.. As I was using old yarn I had.. as well as towels and buttons I already had, I was able to charge her less.. I dont have much cotton yarn left.. to make sets like this.. so if ordered, I will need to charge more based on the yarn.. 

This pattern is a cross stitch design.. giving a great texture esp in dishclothes for washing dishes.. 

I have added close up photos for everyone to see.. 

She wanted sunflowers.. and I had these towels.. 

These are the potholders.. both sides showing.. they can be reversable.. 

And these are the dishclothes.. 

It was fun to do.. and I hope to make more eventually.. on to my next order.. lol..

Orders finished..

I am finally well again.. it was the flu.. and boy was I sick.. I still have a nasty cough.. but as least I dont feel horrible anymore.. anyways I finished these for orders.. hopefully will get them delivered on Monday..

Busy as all heck.. working on several things all at the same time.. I got this order for Hanging towels.. and they are ready for pick up on Saturday.. on to my next order.. Buffalo Bills Cozies and also working on Halloween towels..

I just finished an order for Christmas.. last minute order.. I seem to get a bunch of them every year.. hard to say no.. lol. .anyways.. these are the towels I made for her..

I luckily have boxes and boxes of towels to top.. probably will never manage to get them all done.. lol..

These were for an order.. but I will have more soon.. both Thanksgiving and Christmas.. I cant wait to show you all the towels I just got!!

 

Update on the Stacked Pumpkin order

I have been rather busy lately.. so actually had these done days ago.. just finally had a moment to update everyone.. in between Dr appts, selling my house, getting ready for Christmas, getting ready for eye surgery, and working on orders, it seems like I never get caught up.. 

I am currently working on putting the edges on.. then attaching them.. hope to get that done tonight..

My Newest Crochet Order - Part 2

If you didnt see part 1.. click HERE..  I got the rectangles made.. as you can see.. now to start working them into pumpkin shape..  That is on my plan for tonight.. 

This was the easy part.. once I figured out what hook to use..

I was asked to make the one in the front.. minus the shells (they are gonna do that).. took me a bit as she wanted it in cotton so I had to figure out the hook to use.. ended up frogging it (tearing it apart) 3 times until I got the right size.. I will take photos as I do it.. and put them up.. I got the first pumpkin rectangle done.. pictures tomorrow..

Just finished for an order..

I certainly love these two hanging towels... was so glad I had both the towels and the yarn for them.. 

In the mail to their new owner.. 

Now I am working on finishing off a bunch of Patrotic ones for 4th of July.. am a bit late for these.. want to work on some bright summery ones next.. then on to Fall.. I also have a number of orders to work on too.. guess you know how I will be spending my evenings..

Working on a large hanging towel order..

Am about 2/3 done with the order.. basically have to finish the trim on some of them and add the buttons.. one I still have to finish the topper.. fingers cross to finish this order this weekend.. then on to my next order which is one of those pocket scarves.. all this sure keeps me busy.. never bored.. 

Finished the basketweave afghan..

I finished the afghan order.. this pattern normally is easy for me to do.. but I had problems with this due to lack of concentration.. I had to frog this several times.. sigh.. anyways.. I thought it came out well.. is for a child.. And before you ask.. I wont be doing any more afghans for awhile.. I want to focus on towels and baby items.. and get them up for sale..

 Bet you would love to see what I am making right now.. as you can see I am working on an afghan for an order.. this is in a basketweave pattern.. I really havent used an exact pattern.. but I am following this pattern.

I just finished this scrubbie for an order.. and now am working on baby booties for the same order.. pictures of the booties coming soon.. Cannot take any current orders for these right now..

Bonanza Update

As my focus will be to sell stuff on eBay to clear out my house.. my crochet sales will be cut back.. most my items will be limited.. esp for custom orders.. I already have custom orders to last me until spring.. probably.. plus doing my hanging towels.. you can order any item in my storefront.. and a limit number of the custom orders.. I probably will only keep a few up at a time.. esp right around the holidays..

Michelle's Update

I fell behind due to one of my cats being sick and then we had to put him to sleep.. then I got a bad case of bronchitis.. which took me weeks to recover from.. I am almost there..

So I have to cut back on items I can make.. I will only be finishing the orders I have and making towels and other small Christmas items.. if you go to my storefront you will see all my custom order items have been currently removed..

I have been working on Christmas hanging towels to put up for sale.. and got the pictures done.. I just got to work on putting them up for sale.. watch either my storefront or here on my blog for more pictures..
